How and when you can request a refund for credit purchases

Overview

At Karrivo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for credit purchases made on karrivo.co.

Karrivo is operated by Neuroots Global.

1. What We Sell

Karrivo sells AI credits used for:

  • Resume analysis and parsing
  • AI-powered job matching
  • AI Insight analysis per job
  • Hidden Market company scans

Credits are consumed when these features are used.

2. Eligible for Refund

You may request a full or partial refund if:

  • A technical failure occurred where credits were deducted but the feature did not work
  • You were charged twice for the same transaction
  • Credits were purchased but never added to your account
  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
  • The credits purchased have NOT been used

3. Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Credits that have already been used
  • Dissatisfaction with AI match quality (we are in beta — results vary by resume and market)
  • Change of mind after credits are consumed
  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase
  • Accounts found violating our Terms of Service

4. Partial Refunds

If some credits have been used, only the unused portion is eligible for a proportional refund.

Example: If you purchased 20 credits and used 5, you may be eligible for a refund on the remaining 15 credits.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@karrivo.co with:

  • Subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]"
  • Your full name
  • Registered email address
  • Reason for refund request
  • Screenshot or proof of payment

We will respond within 1 working day.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days to your original payment method.

6. Beta Disclaimer

Karrivo is currently in beta. AI-generated job matches and insights are based on available data and improve over time. Credit consumption is final once an AI feature has been triggered and completed.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.
